1. The photo: When deciding on a photo consider the quality of the image. The photo should be clear and crisp. Consider the pose, facial expression, background and overall appearance of your subject. Small modifications can be made such as enhancement of colors, background changes, appearance in attire and elimination of objects and shadows. Modifications that cannot be made are changing body poses and changing facial expressions. If all the subjects you want are not in one photo you may combine photos to create one portrait. 2. The canvas size: Size does matter when it comes to your portraits and how you want them displayed. There are several sizes to choose from. Customized sizes are available. The most common sizes are listed on the prices/estimates page.

4. Approval and payment process: A 50% deposit is due when your order is placed. Portraits take 4-6 weeks to complete. Once the portrait is approved the final payment is due. Payments accepted include checks and money orders. Checks must clear before shipping. Please visit the frequently asked questions page for more information.
5. Shipping: Shipping price is calculated separate from the portrait price. Exact shipping amount is difficult to determine in advance. Visit FAQ page to see examples of shipping cost.
